Children acquire social skills not so much from adults as from their interactions with one another.

Children who struggle in social environments.

We know that many children have difficulty making friends, holding full conversations, reading emotions, and negotiating conflicts.

So, we created warm environments for each participant to receive first-hand experience in turn-taking, self-regulation, teamwork, and understanding others' perspectives.

If you still have questions, have a look our FAQ

What do our social-skills groups look like?

Our social groups are warm, collaborative environments where children can interact with one another through various activities under the leadership of our therapists.

Does my child need to have a diagnosis?

Many of our groups are ultra-inclusive to children with diagnoses. However, we have exceptional groups available for children without any.

I don't see a group that fits my child.

When this occurs, we strongly encourage parents to submit a form regardless. That way, we can still enter your child into our system; and then build a group that's a hand-in-glove fit.

Can I join a group after the start date?

Each session that we have builds on top of the previous one. So, to ensure each child receives the necessary exercise, we don’t allow participants to join after the first session.

How are groups selected?

After meeting a child, we consider a combination of three attributes: Age, Strengths, & Needs. Based on this, we work our magic by grouping them with other children they can learn from and also be an example to.

How long is each session?

Our skill-building sessions tend to last around 90 minutes. In totality, our groups span from about 6-8 weeks.
